中炬高新:定向增发未获通过

    中炬高新(600872)今天公告，2007年9月18日，经中国证监会发行审核委员会审核，公司非公开发行A股股票的申请未获得通过。

    公司在2007年4月17日曾公告，公司拟向不超过十名特定对象发行不超过9000万股股票，发行价格不低于公告日前二十个交易日公司股票均价的90%，计划募集资金约5.18亿元，其中增资3.38亿元用于广东美味鲜调味食品有限公司实施系列调味品技改扩产项目；投资1.8亿元用于国家绿色健康食品产业基地厂房、宿舍、生活区配套建设。公司控股股东中山火炬集团将认购不少于3000万股本次发行的股份，其它特定投资者将以现金认购不多于6000万股本次发行的股份。
