大盘创出新高 注意个股节奏

    近日深沪大盘创出新高，个股表现活跃。今日消息面：1.  　中国证监会昨日发布《上市公司重大资产重组管理办法(征求意见稿)》，对上市公司并购重组活动做出了创新性的制度安排，提高了重大重组门槛，并对以发行股份作为支付方式购买资产的做出特别规定。规范了重组行为，完善了规章。2.   319.7亿元特别国债 18日发行，吸收部分流动性。3.某券商因杭萧案违规受处罚。进一步规范市场。技术上，上证指数上升趋势明显，估计仍有潜力，但经过连续拉升后要防止震荡。操作上，注意个股节奏，关注指标股动向。
