*ST得亨:三块地产被解冻 二股东减持偿还股改对价

    *ST得亨(600699)今日公告称,公司二股东东莞市君通科技投资有限公司，因偿还股改对价,持有的公司股权从6.13%减少到2.81%。此外，公司子公司东莞市广华房地产开发有限公司的三块被查封地产已被解冻。

    9月17日，君通科技向股东广州市富盈科技投资有限公司偿还代垫的股权分置改革对价安排6,159,302股，占公司总股本的3.32%。君通科技在偿还上述代垫的股权分置改革对价安排6,159,302股后，尚持有公司股份5,227,736股，占公司总股本的2.81%。
