经纬纺机:大股东无整体上市安排

    针对近期市场关于经纬纺机最终控股股东中国恒天集团将有可能整体上市的传闻，经纬纺机今日发布公告澄清，截至目前，恒天集团无整体上市的具体安排、方案，也没有对上市公司进行包括经纬纺机在内的资产注入或资产重组的安排、方案。
