    ST平能(000780)今日公告，公司本次非公开发行股票的新增股份40,000万股于2007年10月8日上市，股份性质为有限售条件流通股，锁定期限为36个月，锁定期限自2007年10月8日开始计算。公司将向深圳证券交易所申请该部分股票于2010年10月8日上市流通。
