领先科技:定向增发1500万股

    领先科技000669)今日公告，公司计划非公开发行股票1500万股。

    公告称，非公开发行的发行对象为实际控制人天津领先集团有限公司领先集团)。发行价格不低于定价基准日前二十个交易日公司股票均价。领先集团拟以三处房产认购不超过1500万股，认购价格为12.57元/股。

    目前领先集团持有吉林中讯新技术股份公司90%的股权，而吉林中讯新技术股份公司持有领先科技股份12,969,201股，占领先科技总股本的21.03%，为上市公司控股股东。所涉及的三处房产为北京、天津、珠海的销售展场项目。

    董事会认为，领先科技的生产经营以研发、生产和销售医疗器械为主，本次发行完成之后，其主营业务中销售医疗器械以及销售卖场比重将大大增加，产业链的前后一体化将提高公司未来的盈利水平。
