西部材料:将对募投项目追加投资

    昨日，西部材料召开股东大会，讨论加大募投项目投资额度的议案。公司本次IPO募集的资金全部用于稀有难熔金属板带材生产线”项目，原计划投资2.28亿元，追加投资后，总投资调整到3.84亿元，增加资金由公司自筹解决，议案最终获得高票通过。

    公司总经理高文柱表示，通过加大投资，可以大大提升产品的规格，能够覆盖95%的宽板板材需求。目前，国内同行业的装备主要集中在产品规格在1000mm以下的轧机上，西部材料通过引进国内先进水平的两台冷、热轧机，将直接提升产品的宽度、精度，提高产品竞争力和附加值。在场的投资者询问了项目的建设周期和达产时间，高文力表示，建设周期为一年半，预计2009年年中调试生产，年底达到设计产能的一半，2010年实现稳定生产。

    董事长奚正平对公司主业的发展前景非常乐观，他表示，虽然投资加大，设备增加，但公司要保证项目进度不受影响，努力做好工作，争取项目尽早获得国家支持，尽快为投资者创造效益。
