泰达股份:将发行3亿元短期融资券

    泰达股份(000652)今日公告称,公司将于近期发行2007年第一期总额为3亿元人民币的短期融资券,有效期为270天。该次融资由中信实业银行负责主承销，利率由市场招标确定。

    公司去年发行了6亿元短期融资券，其中3亿元已于今年9月24日前归还。公司还于归还日兑付短期融资券3亿元，上述利息和手续费两款项已于去年12月26日付清。
