吉林敖东:3200万元卖掉珠海药业

    吉林敖东(000623)今日公告,公司决定将持有的吉林敖东珠海药业有限公司73.33%的股权，以3218.6万元的价格，转让给自然人金明和。本次股权转让完成后，公司将不再持有珠海药业的股权。

    珠海药业现注册资本为5700万元，其中，公司出资4180万元，占珠海药业注册资本的73.33%；健恒有限公司持有出资1520万元，占珠海药业注册资本的26.67%。珠海药业主要生产和销售自产的中药胶囊剂、口服液剂，其产品70%用于外销。

    合同规定，股权转让协议生效之日起3日内，金明和即以银行划转的方式一次性全部划转到公司指定的银行帐号。

    公告称，公司对珠海药业的投资，全部是用公司的自有资金投入的，公司转让股权后也已全部收回对珠海药业的投资，没有对公司造成损失，也不影响公司持续经营能力。该股权的转让，更有利于公司的科学管理和长远战略发展规划。
