    香江控股  (600162)控股子公司长春东北亚置业有限公司和郑州郑东置业有限公司，将其所拥有的商业用商品房出售给深圳市金海马实业有限公司。两子公司所售商品房面积总计7.12万平方米，作价3.8亿元。

    长春置业出售的是长春东北亚国际采购中心A区二层(建筑面积为3.1万平方米)商业用商品房，郑东置业出售的是郑州市郑东建材家居城E区E2展示厅(1-3层)(总建筑面积为4万平方米)商业用商品房。
