太钢不锈7月18日将发行20亿元短期融资券

    中国山西太钢不锈钢股份有限公司7月13日公告称，将于下周三(7月18日)在银行间债市簿记建档发行20亿元人民币短期融资券，期限一年。

    刊登在中国债券信息网的公告显示，该期券将按面值发行，利率招标，工商银行为主承销商。经大公国际资信评估有限公司评定，本期短期融资券信用级别为A-1，太钢不锈主体信用等级为AA+级。

    该券起息日和缴款日同为7月19日，7月20日上市流通。具体簿记建档时间为7月18日9：00-11：00。
