清华控股股份公司将于7月31日发行短期融资券

    清华控股股份公司昨日发布公告，该公司发行短期融资券已获央行备案核准，将于7月31日发行规模为12.8亿元、期限为365天的短期融资券。本期采用簿记建档、集中配售方式发行，缴款日为8月1日，中国光大银行为本次短融发行的主承销商。经中诚信国际信用评级有限责任公司评定，本期短融的信用级别为A-1，企业主体长期信用级别为AA。
