泰康人寿开展清洁投保单治理问题件专项活动

    近日，泰康人寿在全国范围内启动了“清洁投保单、治理问题件”专项活动，以提高投保单填写质量，减少问题件比例，从而给客户提供更高效、更优质的服务。这是泰康人寿为适应专业化、规范化经营要求及后援大集中推出的重要举措。

    据悉，目前投保单填写质量堪忧，其中投保单填写不全或投保单填写不规范是产生问题件的重要原因，这直接影响到出单时效及保单品质，影响保险机构售后服务质量。泰康人寿在全国范围内开展这一“清洁投保单、治理问题件”专项活动，将于今年上半年，在总、分、支公司及营销服务部针对个险新契约保单全面展开，为期三个月。
