承德市按工程项目参加工伤保险

    针对农民工流动性强的特点，承德市出台新规定，要求全市建筑及土木工程等施工企业，按工程项目中标价交费，为企业所有职工参加工伤保险。

    为了解决农民工流动性强，难以参加工伤保险的问题，该市规定：凡在当地从事房屋建筑、土木工程、设备安装、管线铺设、装饰装修、拆装和市政基础设施工程活动的施工企业，必须按工程项目依法参加工伤保险。施工企业按工程项目参加工伤保险，职工参保有效期限以建设工程施工合同中合同工期为准。
