    保监会表态

    听证与否将按相关办法处理

    对于律师向保监会提交听证申请一事，保监会究竟做何答复呢？

    面对各方关于交强险的质疑，五一前夕，保监会新闻发言人袁力在一季度通报会上表示，“在交强险经营满一年时(2007年7月1日)会对外公布经营情况，如有大幅调整将召开听证会。”而对有律师已经向保监会提交听证申请一事，袁力表示，保监会将按照行政复议的相关办法进行处理
