交强险撞三者险 特殊情况应怎样理赔

    状况4：

    异地出险后回家再修车

    个案：陈先生的车子在外地发生交通事故，定损后，保险公司向陈先生推荐了当地一家修车厂。由于陈先生的车子一直是在保险公司定点的4S店修理，而当地定点的修车厂不是4S店，考虑到车子损伤不大，陈先生要求回来修理。

    保险公司：如果车辆异地出险，情况较严重，影响到安全，车主必须在当地修理。如果车主要求去4S店修理，而保险公司推荐的维修点不是4S店的话，保险公司一般的做法是：报出一个定损价格，超出部分由车主自行负担。

    如果车辆异地出险，情况不严重，不影响安全，车主希望回来修理，可在定损单上注明，保险公司也会认账。

    点评：异地出险时，车主如果打定主意回家修理，定损单上的定损内容一定要写得比较仔细。因为，回来后保险公司只对定损单上的定损内容买单，新增的损伤项目，保险公司不会负责。(来源:网上车市网站)
