北京失业者有机会二次申请享受社保补贴

    北京市劳动和社会保障局日前称，已享受过一次自谋职业(自主创业)和灵活(弹性)就业社会保险补贴的城镇登记失业人员若再次失业，有机会二次申请享受社保补贴。

    有关劳动部门介绍，凡年龄在40至50岁之间的失业人员及中度残疾人，可连续享受3年的自谋职业社会保险补贴或灵活就业社会保险补贴；距法定退休年龄不足5年的人员及重度残疾人，可连续享受5年的自谋职业或灵活就业社会保险补贴。

    据1日出版的《新京报》报道，此前北京市城镇登记失业人员只能享受一次社保补贴。新政策出台后，上述两类人员只要符合相关条件并按照规定办理了就业登记手续，便可申请二次社保补贴。相关手续即日起可到户口所在地街道(乡镇)社会保障事务所办理。
