獐子岛:入股威海商行计划告吹

    獐子岛(002069)公告称，由于威海商行增资扩股不考虑省外企业，公司原定投资5,600万元购买其股份5,600万股的计划被迫取消。

    獐子岛表示，根据公司第三届董事会第三次临时会议审议通过的《关于投资入股威海市商业银行股份有限公司的议案》，公司原计划参与威海市商业银行股份有限公司增资扩股计划，拟投资5,600万元购买其股份5,600万股。

    目前威海市商业银行股份有限公司因控股股东形成了“此次威海商行增资扩股不考虑省外企业”的明确意见，提出终止獐子岛入股意向。鉴于双方原计划的交易能够得以实施的必要条件实质上已不具备，公司决定取消投资入股威海市商业银行股份有限公司的计划。
