    该股是一家新能源概念的补涨潜力品种。石油价格的持续高企和资源的有限性决定了开发新能源将是各国的重要任务，而相关上市公司也将因此获得长期高速增长机会。公司所属兰州电机厂是西北地区最大的电机制造企业，是国内中小电机行业的排头兵，其风机产业化已形成规模，风能项目将为公司的长期增长奠定基础。公司前十大流通股东中基金占领了前七位，显示该股的中长线发展前景得到了机构的广泛认同。近一阶段该股始终没有很好的表现，存在着强烈的补涨要求，随着成交量的放大，该股短线有望加速上扬，投资者可以适当关注。
