京新药业:原厂区被政府出资收回

    京新药业(002020)今日公告，公司原新昌的原料药厂区的相关资产被新昌县政府以5041.88万元回收。

    公司表示，新昌县政府为支持公司加快产业结构调整，妥善解决公司原料药厂区搬迁问题，同意回收公司原料药厂区的土地使用权、地上建筑物及部分设备，共计5041.88万元。上述款项在2007年9月20日前先予支付4000万元，其余尾款于2007年12月底公司交付土地时一次结算。

    随着上虞京新药业有限公司和广丰县京新药业有限公司的相继投产，公司原料药产品已经实现在外地生产，所以原新昌的原料药厂区整体搬迁不会对公司原料药业务产生影响。

    新昌县政府回收的土地使用权、地上建筑物及部分设备的原值为6699.53万元，净值为5041.77万元。公司预计本次事项不会对公司业绩产生重大影响，但将会增加公司的现金流。
