桐君阁:子公司出售佑山房地产股份

    桐君阁控股子公司太极集团重庆桐君阁药厂有限公司日前签订协议，将其在重庆佑山房地产开发有限公司合法拥有的68.2%的股权以3556.53万元转让。

    公司表示，由于出售佑山房产，公司会计合并对象将发生改变，由此将会为公司产生约1900万元收益。
