南山铝业:称不存在与美国铝业合作

    南山铝业今天刊登公告说，公司昨日获悉《21世纪经济报道》近日登载了牵手南山铝业 美铝中国加速扩张”的署名文章，文章提到据知情人士对本报记者透露，南山铝业此次的合作对象乃是国际铝业巨头美国铝业”；而此时又传出美铝与南山铝业合作的消息。相关知情人士指出，此次与南山铝业展开技术合作，可能是美铝与南山铝业展开更深层次合作的第一步。”

    南山铝业表示，虽然公司10月9日发布的董事会公告中说明公司在美国成立子公司的主要目的是拓展美国市场，寻求技术合作”，但公司从未与美国铝业接触过，也不存在与美国铝业的技术合作或更深层次合作的情况。
