ST鼎立:10转增7实施在即

    ST鼎立前日公布了2007年中期转增股本具体实施方案。根据公告，10月18日为本次中期转增股份的股权登记日，在资本公积金10转增7后，公司总股本将由约1.42亿股扩大为2.41亿股。

    2006年4月，鼎立建设集团在收购三九集团持有的原三九发展29.5%的股权、全面入主上市公司后，顺利实现了主营业务战略转型并步入了房地产业。2007年上半年，ST鼎立实现净利润3275万元，每股收益达0.231元，与2006年同期亏损2180万元，每股收益亏损0.189元相比，公司的业绩取得了巨大增长。正是由于有着公司基本面的脱胎换骨和良好业绩的支撑，本次10转增7的方案才得以顺利实施。公司表示，股本近乎翻番将有效提升公司股价抗击风险的能力，也为公司后续的业务拓展带来实质性的积极影响。另据业内人士分析，由于公司下半年房地产业务利润增长趋势明显，股本扩张后对每股收益的摊薄并不明显，而目前正在稳步推进的二次定向增发，也将为公司未来整体业绩的稳定增长提供有力保障。
