宏达股份：获得两铅锌矿采矿许可

    宏达股份 (600331)控股子公司四川宏达有色金属有限公司取得四川省国土资源厅颁发的甘洛县新915—Ⅰ铅锌矿和新915—Ⅱ铅锌矿采矿许可证。两矿区的生产规模均为6万吨/年。

    宏达股份另一控股子公司云南金鼎锌业有限公司以现金出资，与上海金田投资有限公司在云南省昆明市东川区设立云南宏达化工有限公司，开展精细磷化工产品的生产销售活动。新公司注册资本为1亿元，金鼎锌业出资2550万元，占注册资本的85%，上海金田出资450万元，占注册资本15%。
