苏州高新:拟1500万增资东吴证券

    苏州高新  (600736)今日表示将参与东吴证券增资扩股，此次将以现金方式认购东吴证券500万股，每股认购价格为3元，认购总金额1500万元人民币。据悉，东吴证券拟由目前注册资本人民币10亿元增加至15亿元。
