    合肥百货  (000417)接第一大股东合肥商业投资控股有限公司通知，为进一步优化国有资源配置，实现纵向收缩运营层级、横向收缩管理跨度的监管目标，根据合肥市国资委文件要求，撤消合肥商业投资控股有限公司，该公司所持有的合肥百货国有股8747万股(占总股本的23.7%)将被划拨至合肥市建设投资控股(集团)有限公司。

    公告提示，合肥市建设投资控股(集团)有限公司与合肥商业投资控股有限公司均为合肥市国资委授权经营的国有独资公司，股份划转后，公司实际控制人没有发生变化，仍为合肥市国资委，公司控股股东变更为合肥市建设投资控股(集团)有限公司。此次股东持股变动还需履行国有股权的划转报批手续，该事项具有一定不确定性，公司董事会将根据其进展情况，及时对外披露。
