欣网视讯：吸收合并工作延期完成

    欣网视讯(600403)今日公告，由于换股吸收合并事项涉及的工作量较大，因此在11月12日前未能按原定计划完成相关审计及评估等工作。目前公司董事会聘请的相关中介机构正在进行审计、评估等各项工作，预计上述工作在本公告后一个月内完成，待相关工作完成后本公司将召开会议审议确认。

    据悉，按此前的公告，欣网视讯拟通过换股方式吸收合并上海欣国信息技术有限公司、上海欣泰通信技术有限公司、上海欣民通信技术有限公司，换股价格为13.14元/股。合并完成后，欣网视讯作为合并方依法存续。欣网视讯表示，本次吸收合并是实际控制人上海富欣投资发展有限公司以欣网视讯为平台，整合集团内部的电信服务业优质资产和行业资源的重大举措。
