风神股份:收购50万套子午胎生产线

    风神股份(600469)拟承接债务的方式收购二股东河南轮胎集团有限责任公司50万套子午胎生产线及相关配套设施，收购价格尚未确定。

    同时，风神股份将承接河南轮胎集团公司因50万套子午胎项目建设形成的、在中国银行焦作分行的贷款余额2.78亿元。收购价格与承接债务之间的差额由风神股份以现金方式分期支付给集团公司。此外，风神股份拟收购由部分员工出资筹建的焦作三和利众动力有限公司全部股权，收购价格以三和利众净资产评估值确定。
