    ●国投瑞银研究部总监、创新动力基金经理靳奕：

    稳中求进，偏爱招行、苏宁

    靳奕，海归派代表，2007年2月接任国投瑞银创新动力基金。从该基金近一年的持仓结构来看，能够清晰地看出靳奕稳健中求突破的持股特点。

    招商银行四个季度都被靳奕列为第一大重仓股，而苏宁电器则在二、三位徘徊。两只股票都是基金常年持有最密集的品种，走势上非常稳健，几乎看不到大起大落的痕迹。

    在其他品种上，靳力求有所突破，每季度6到8位持仓品种变化频繁，基本以当季热门品种为主。

    如此稳中求进的特点使得国投瑞银创新动力基金在靳奕接手后业绩处于第二集团领跑位置。截至2008年3月3日，最近一年国投瑞银创新动力基金位列股票型开放式基金第36，近半年第32，而在2008年以来的下跌行情中，国投瑞银创新动力基金稳健的总体风格优势明显，业绩排名20以内。
