    ●光大保德信优势配置基金经理高宏华：

    入行最早的基金经理

    高宏华具有法国留学背景，通过全球应聘回国担任长信基金高级研究员，并于去年8月成为光大保德信优势配置基金经理。事实上，高宏华的证券从业经历甚至让大多数男性基金经理汗颜，早在1994年从东华大学毕业后便在鞍山证券上海总部任行业研究员，屈指算来已过14年。

    在对高宏华的采访中，记者听到最多的便是"稳健"两字，高宏华告诉记者稳健是她所管理的基金中最为看重的，她力图能在稳健的基础上为基金持有者取得超越市场的收益。

    持仓结构上，高宏华与其他几位女性基金经理相比更为大气，前十大重仓股几乎全是清一色的一线大蓝筹。虽然近一阶段蓝筹股大跌，但今年以来光大保德信优势配置亏损率仅为9.81%，这与该基金较低仓位的配置不无关系。
