    ●嘉实研究总监、嘉实服务基金经理党开宇：

    寻找低估的品种，买入，然后等待

    党开宇也许是所有女性基金经理中最年少得志的。1978年出身的她在2004年开始就担任了诺安平衡的基金经理。并于2005年获得偏股型基金最佳表现奖。之后跳槽至嘉实也同样受到重用，不仅担任研究总监要职，同时是嘉实服务及嘉实策略增长的基金经理。

    客观地讲，党开宇接手嘉实服务基金后业绩比之前男性经理业绩稍差，但其几乎继承了嘉实服务前任一贯的持仓风格，对比2006年与2007年两年的前十大重仓股，区别并不明显，仍然坚持采取"以价值指标为基础、在价值基础上求成长"的价值增长策略。

    "其实我们也并没有什么特别讨巧的办法。寻找低估的品种，买入，然后等待。这是价值投资者的惯用手法。"党开宇道出其成功秘诀。
