    ●广发大盘基金经理李琛：

    本科学历，交易室出身，风格激进

    李琛仅经济学学士学历，基金经理中几乎看不到本科学历，加之女性身份，如果不是入行以后工作极为出色，是不可能担任基金经理如此要职的。履历中看到，李琛之前担任广发基金中央交易室主管，此职位最能锻炼投资客掌握最佳买卖时点。

    广发大盘6月发行，9月底仓位已达83%，李琛建仓迅速，后来四季度大盘掉头回调，广发大盘逆市加仓至87%，无减仓迹象，风格异常激进。

    李琛信奉"宁静致远，持之以恒"的投资格言。但仅有的两个季度持仓数据印证了该格言。两个季度前十大重仓股几乎顺序也未有明显变化。浦发、兴业、深发展占据前三席，但2008年以来金融股遭遇重创，不知李琛还能不能"宁静致远，持之以恒"。
