    ●长城基金久嘉基金经理秦玲萍：

    中规中矩稳定性高，咬定大盘蓝筹不放松

    秦玲萍今年刚满30岁，但从2006年2月25日起就担任了基金久嘉基金经理。履历上看，秦玲萍硕士毕业后一直担任研究员工作，资产管理方面经验相对匮乏。在她带领下，基金久嘉净值增长率近年来一直保持10名左右的水平。

    秦玲萍持仓品种特点并不明显，基本以大盘蓝筹股为准，但稳定性极高，几乎每季度前十大重仓股都没有明显变化，中规中矩是对其最恰当的评价。
