庞大劳动人口构成就业威胁 老人增多加大社保压力

    21日从中国计划生育协会省级协会会长座谈会获悉，当前中国人口和计划生育工作形势总体情况比较好，但也面临着八个不容回避的矛盾和问题。

    15亿人

    人口总量高峰将出现在本世纪30年代初

    21世纪上半叶，在稳定低生育水平的前提下，中国将先后迎来劳动年龄人口、总人口和老年人口三大高峰。预计人口总量高峰将出现在本世纪30年代初期，达15亿人左右。

    4%至6%

    环境等因素导致出生缺陷率高

    我国由于生物、社会、行为与环境综合因素所导致的出生缺陷发生率为4%至6%，个别地区达到8%以上。

    9.32亿人

    庞大劳动人口对就业构成挑战

    据预测，中国15岁至59岁劳动年龄人口将于2013年达到峰值9.32亿人。庞大的劳动年龄人口，使就业成为当前和今后一项重大而艰巨的任务。

    2020年60岁及以上老人增多，加大社保压力

    中国老龄化呈现出速度快、规模大、“未富先老”等特点。2005年，60岁及以上老年人口占11%以上，预计到2020年，将达到16.1%。社会养老保障体系不完备，传统的家庭养老功能日益弱化，农村人口老龄化问题更为突出。
