庞大劳动人口构成就业威胁 老人增多加大社保压力

    3000万人

    出生人口性别比偏高影响和谐

    预计到2020年，20岁至45岁的男性将比女性多出3000万人。出生人口性别比偏高持续的时间过长，将严重影响社会稳定与和谐。

    1.47亿人

    流动人口加剧挑战公共资源配置

    2005年我国流动人口多达1.47亿人。流动人口的技能培训、就业、子女教育、医疗卫生、社会保障以及计划生育管理服务等难度加大，基本权益保障亟待加强。

    2200万人

    贫困、新的贫困人口问题突出

    “十五”期间，城市低保对象约为2200万人，贫困问题十分突出。全国有失地农民4000多万人，且以年增300多万人的速度增长，容易成为新的贫困人口。

    人口与资源瓶颈约束趋紧

    中国人均淡水、耕地、森林、矿产等重要资源均低于世界平均水平，资源瓶颈约束趋紧。环境污染和水土流失严重，生态环境总体恶化、局部改善的状况短期内难以根本改变。生态脆弱地区难以承载现有人口，人居环境恶劣。
